Prepare Your Computer:

• Back up your important data before taking your computer to the workshop. Remove any passwords or sensitive information We will also back up all your data securely.

Gather Accessories:

• Gather all the accessories and peripherals associated with your computer, including power cords, chargers, and external devices. Technicians may rely on these items to diagnose and resolve the issue effectively. If you’re uncertain about which accessories to bring, don’t hesitate to give us a call for guidance on what is required.

Pack Your Computer Securely:

Visit the Workshop:

• Take your computer to the workshop during their operating hours. Be prepared to explain the issue to the technician. We Will ask you to fill out a service request form with your contact information and a description of the problem.

Receive a Service Ticket:

• Our workshops will provide you with a service ticket. This document will have a unique identifier, which you can use to track the status of your computer repair.

Ask for an Estimated Timeline:
