Our workshop is located at 2/289 Colombo Street, looking after all makes and models of computers. When the machine is dropped off at the workshop we will fill in some paperwork and run diagnostics. We will then contact you with a quote to fix the machine.

Workshop technician rates charged in 30-minute increments – $60.00 GST inc
Your I.T. department on wheels.
We come to your business and assess your I.T. issues. Once the diagnostic is preformed we can then proceed with the repair. To book an appointment, you can fill out the form below or call us on 039820288.

Call out (includes travel time up to 20KM from the workshop) – $150.00
When there is an I.T. issue, and it has to be fixed fast, we can log on to your computer / server with an active internet connection securely and safely with our remote program to assess and normally fix problems.
Rates:
Remote assistance – (charged in 15-minute increments to your credit card) $30.00
Business systems need to stay up and relevant to the network and the business. With monitoring, we can track the main stats of the machine – like hard drive space, memory load, CPU load, machine uptime and much more. This is part of our I.T. contracts and is POA
